This interior renovation is located in the historic Graybar Passage in Grand Central Terminal, New York City. 

While it is a retail space of only 270 SF, as part of the landlord’s green initiative, LEED CI compliance was required. 

Notable green features include the optimization of energy performance for lighting, HVAC and equipment and appliances. Low emitting adhesives, sealants, paint, and wood and core products were also utilized.
