Previously a one bedroom loft, this loft was large enough to accommodate the addition of two additional bedrooms, a study and a guest suite. 

The existing fireplace was re-clad in slate and the master bathroom features an oversize shower with glass mosaic tile. 

Immovable pipes in the guest suite become the framework for a built in writing desk.
