This duplex loft renovation included interiors, mechanicals, and rooftop structure.

On the penthouse level, the existing structure was completely rebuilt, maintaining the same profile and footprint, with the addition of a new three-sided glazed sunroom.

Rooftop access was severely limited by the location of the rooftop water tank supports, so the supporting steel for this was 

re-engineered to allow full usage of the roof.

Notable features include a cantilevered granite kitchen counter, custom cabinet pulls, and rooftop terrace with an outdoor whirlpool tub.
